Community Initiative for Developmental Action (CIDA) is a non-profit organization driven by the mission to initiate and promote holistic community development. We work hand-in-hand with communities to build resilience, advocate for rights, and create pathways out of poverty.

Our Vision:

Our vision is to see inclusive communities where youths, women, and girls have achieved their objectives for growth, are self-independent, and actively promote the developmental rights of all human beings. We strive to elevate communities to new levels of benefit and mutual understanding through the implementation of innovative development skills.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to initiate sustainable development in communities by promoting and engaging the well-being of youths and rights of women and girls, ensuring disability inclusiveness. We achieve this through awareness and active programs in:

*   Agriculture & Livelihood support

*   Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention

*   Peacebuilding and emotional intelligence

*   Women’s education in ICT, Accounting, and Business Management

We provide follow-up support and startup capital to ensure lasting impact.
